This Cookie Policy explains how Triangle Digital Ltd. ("Triangle", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on triangle.digital, what each category does, and how you control them. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They allow a site to recognise a device, remember preferences, keep a session secure and measure how the site is used.
Triangle is licensed to conduct digital asset business by the Bermuda Monetary Authority and handles personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 of Bermuda and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Consistent with those regimes:
Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent, because the site cannot function without them.
Every other category, including analytics, is set only after you have given consent. Until you accept, no analytics or marketing cookie is written and no analytics request leaves your browser.
Declining is as easy as accepting. The banner offers Accept and Decline with equal prominence, and a declined choice is remembered.
Consent is not bundled with anything else, is not inferred from continued browsing, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work: maintaining your session, load balancing, and recording your cookie choice so you are not asked on every page. These have no marketing purpose and cannot be switched off. Our own consent record is stored in your browser's local storage under the key tri_consent, for twelve months.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-VEZFCKYJ15, used to understand which pages are read, how visitors arrive and where journeys break. Cookies _ga and _ga_<container> persist for up to two years. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage and we do not use analytics data to identify an individual. Set only with consent.
Marketing and CRM. HubSpot, portal 7113003, for forms and to associate a form submission with the pages that preceded it. Cookies include hubspotutk, which persists for six months, and short-lived cookies set when a form loads. Set only with consent. Submitting a form to us is separate: the information you type is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party embedded content. Pages that embed content from mxAURA, our publishing platform, and some third-party media may set their own cookies when that content loads. Where those cookies are not strictly necessary, the content is loaded only after consent.
Use the banner shown on your first visit, or the Cookie settings link in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not delete data already collected, which is handled under the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Where a Global Privacy Control signal is present, we treat it as a decline for non-essential categories.
Strictly necessary cookies last for the session or, in the case of the consent record, twelve months. Analytics cookies last up to two years. Marketing cookies last up to six months. These are maximum lifetimes; cookies may be cleared earlier by you or by the provider.
Analytics and CRM providers used by Triangle are established in the United States and process data there. Transfers are made under the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes are notified through the banner so consent can be given again.
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal information, may be sent to the Privacy Officer at compliance@triangle.digital.
Inventory of the current triangle.digital build, taken from the source rather than from the legacy document above. This is a factual description of behaviour, not a drafted policy, and it needs counsel sign-off before it becomes one.
| Name | Type | Set by | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tri_utm | sessionStorage, not a cookie | Triangle | Holds campaign parameters from the inbound link so attribution survives to a form submit | End of browser session |
| _ga, _ga_<id> | Cookie | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors and sessions | 2 years / 2 years |
| hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc | Cookie | HubSpot | Visitor identification and session tracking, tied to form submissions | 6 months to session |
Google Analytics and HubSpot load only once their identifiers are configured. Until then neither script is requested and neither sets anything. No advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking tags are present on this site, and no tag manager is used.
Article listings on the Insights and News pages are rendered from hubs.mxaura.com. That request is made by the browser, so mxAURA can observe the visit.
